"Duck foie gras with spicy dates marmalade" - Late harvest Gewurztraminer wine from Alsace
"Pasta with a double (fresh and smoked) salmon sauce" - Riesling from Alsace
"Fresh fruits with a lime puree"
"Lemon tart"

All this home-made, taken apart the mint-chocolate ice cream... I told my sister that she should feel ashamed to feed us with some processed food!!! :D
